We went to London today, as has previously been mentioned. It was really good and we took loads of pics. Acted like total tourists and went to Tower of London, Tower Bridge Experience and a River Thames cruise. Yes, before anyone says it, we did have 2 4 1 vouchers. It's the only way i would go to the Tower as it's really expensive. Not even that great. We had a mad Yeoman giving us a tour and he was the only decent part, the rest was all just big black birds, shiny stones (that all looked fake) and turrets. Tower Bridge Experience was much better and cheaper. I'm sure we'll include some pics on here at some point.

Ben's still on his "we can't tell anyone of the house cos we'll jinx it". Therefore, if you know us and we haven't told you yet can you just pretend for a while until we are all sorted. Thanks. We are still waiting for the survey results, Ben nearly accosted the postie when he saw him as we were walking into town this morn. I've got a feeling he may not go to work tomorrow just in case. ;o)

What a lovely day it is today. What's even better is that I have tomorrow off. Jo and I are off to London to see the Tower, and Tower Bridge. I'm looking forward to that. Expect a photo here maybe.

Passing Susanne's (HR woman at work) office today I popped my head in and asked if she'd heard from the Nationwide, on the off chance. She had! The reference went back last week. Getting all giddy I immediately phoned the estate agent to see how the survey was progressing. It was carried out last week too! They certainly don't waste any time! The chap on the phone said we'd probably hear from them any day now. It's all very exciting! Wait'll I tell Jo! :o)

Have just read Jo's little diatribe (hah!) and as for her moaning about tanning, it's not my fault. Even I tanned on the cycle ride, so she must've been doing something wrong!

So, that's Easter nearly finished with. We went cycling on Friday and as usual i didn't get a tan cos sunrepellent Ben was there! Eater Sunday was a bit of a dissapointment though. Every shop in the whole world wide was closed - hardly suprising though considerering Reading has such a high percentage of Christian workers??!! We were going to go to Homebase to get colour cards for the new house but that'll be todays task (if i can get Ben away from Star Wars II)
